Three Leeton Residents Arrested Following Separate Traffic Stops
The Johnson County Sheriff's Office says narcotics detectives arrested three Leeton residents following two separate traffic stops on June 18 and June 19.
21-year-old Robert Nichol was arrested on June 18 after being stopped in the 100 block of SE PP Hwy. Nichol was placed on a 24-hour investigative hold for possession of a controlled substance.
A traffic stop on June 19 in the 200 block of SE 900 Rd. led to the arrests of 28-year-old Kevin Kendall on an active Lee’s Summit warrant for possession of a controlled substance (amphetamine),and 30-year-old Wesley Orser on an active warrant out of Lee’s Summit for possession of a controlled substance (amphetamine).
