Three Marshall residents were injured in a two-vehicle accident that occurred in Saline County Tuesday evening.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that a westbound 1996 Plymouth driven by a 16-year-old male from Marshall attempted to turn south onto Missouri 41 Highway from Bluebird Trail. The juvenile was reportedly uninjured, but three people in the Honda were injured. All three were wearing seat belt at the time of the crash.

Sandoval suffered minor injuries, while his passengers, 36-year-old Vanea M. Martinez had moderate injuries and a six-year-old boy had minor injuries. All three are from Marshall and were transported to Fitzgibbon Hospital by Saline County EMS.

Both vehicles were totaled.
