Traffic Stop For High Beams Results in DWI Arrest

Sedalia Police stopped a car in the area of West 9th Street and South Carr Avenue Friday night as it was failing to dim its headlights and failing to maintain its lane.

After an investigation, it was determined the driver was intoxicated and did not have a driver's license.

20-year-old Ramiro A. Rodriguez, of Sedalia, was taken to the Police Department and then transported to the Pettis County jail.

Rodriguez was booked in pending release to a sober person on charges of Driving While Intoxicated, Driving Without a License, No Proof of Insurance, and Minor in Possession of Alcohol.
