A Warrensburg man was injured in a one-vehicle accident that occurred in Johnson County early Sunday morning.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a 2004 Jeep Liberty driven by 23-year-old Kennan M. Hill of Warrensburg was northbound Missouri 13, 900 feet south of NW 700 at 5:38 a.m., when the vehicle traveled off the right side of the road, down a ravine and struck an embankment.

Hill suffered moderate injuries and was transported to Western Missouri Medical Center for treatment.

The Jeep was totaled and towed from the scene.

Hill was later arrested by the Patrol at 6:32 a.m. and charged with DWI, careless and imprudent driving and no seat belt.
