Warsaw Couple Injured in Benton County Rollover

A Warsaw couple was injured in a one-vehicle crash that occurred Monday afternoon in Benton County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that a southbound 2009 Lincoln Towncar, driven by 68-year-old Stephen E. Snyder of Warsaw, was on US 65, south of McDaniels Road at 2:25 p.m., when the driver attempted to avoid a vehicle making a right turn. The Towncar started skidding, ran off the left side of the roadway, and overturned.

Snyder and his passenger, 67-year-old Joy L. Snyder of Warsaw, suffered moderate injuries and were transported to Bothwell Regional Health Center by Warsaw-Lincoln Ambulance for treatment. Both were wearing their seat belt at the time of the crash.

The Lincoln had extensive damage.
