Warsaw Man Injured When Chevy Strikes Utility Pole
A Warsaw man was injured in a one-vehicle accident that occurred Friday night in Benton County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that an eastbound 2019 Chevy truck, driven by a 40-year-old male from Warsaw, was on Route MM, south of Johnson Drive (east of Warsaw) just before 10 p.m., when the truck ran off the roadway, struck a road sign and a utility pole.

The driver suffered serious injuries and was flown by Life Flight to University of Missouri Hospital in Columbia. He was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash, according to the report.
The truck was totaled and towed by Toliver’s.
