This weekend there's gonna be some big events going down in Warsaw.  A lot of us manage to head down to Truman Dam maybe a couple of times a summer, and it's always a great place to get away without a huge drive.

Heritage Days is a big weekend where they're inviting you to visit Drake Harbor and the Warsaw Community Building, where crafters will display and sell their creations.  They'll also look back at history with presentations and demonstrations at the Harry S. Truman Visitors Center.

Yeah, we can often associate this area with the summer and spring, but when it comes to fall, Warsaw and Benton county have just as much to offer with their friendly folks, great crafts, and excellent food. Admission to the Harbor area is free. Bus transportation back and forth to Truman Dam is $4 for the entire weekend. Both parts of the festival have handicap parking and bus transportation available. Call 660-438-5922 or 1-800-WARSAW-4 for details.

Heritage-ily yours,
Behka
