Windsor Woman Arrested for Delivery of Controlled Substance

Sedalia Police arrested 38-year-old Brook N. Bale of Windsor around 4 a.m. Friday, Oct. 4 at Fav Trip, 216 W. Broadway.

According to a report, Ofc. Twenter contacted Bale in the parking lot. A computer check revealed she was wanted on a failure-to-appear Moniteau County warrant.

While she was being arrested, marijuana was observed in plain view inside the vehicle. A subsequent search yielded more marijuana, drug paraphernalia and several controlled pills.

Bale was taken to the Pettis County Jail and charged with felony possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana. She was also charged with delivery or manufacture of a controlled substance.
