Man punches out a vehicle window Monday afternoon, police not impressed

Just before 2pm Monday afternoon according to a Sedalia Police report 24-year-old Damien P. Cloe of Sedalia was arrested after a female victim reported he had punched out a window of her vehicle as she sat in the driver’s seat. Cloe was arrested and transported to the Pettis County Jail where he was placed on 24-hour hold pending charges of 3rd degree domestic assault, and 2nd degree property damage.

35-year-old Sedalia man in jail for assaulting his brother Sunday evening

Around 6:13 Sunday evening Sedalia Police were dispatched to a residence in the 1200 block of West 11th on a disturbance. Upon arrival the police report states three witnesses told the officers, that 35-year-old Travis E. Balew of Sedalia entered the house, and assaulted his brother. At the time of the police report Balew was in the Pettis County Jail on 24-hour hold pending a charge of 3rd degree domestic assault.

Woman turns herself in on failure to appear warrants Monday morning

At 10:17 Monday morning a female suspect identified as 28-year-old Diana C. Beamon of Sedalia turned herself in at the Sedalia Police Department for two-active failure to appear warrants. The police report states Beamon was taken to the Pettis County jail pending $1700 in bonds on the warrants.

Local auto dealer reports a stolen vehicle Monday

On Monday a complainant at Wes-Mo-Auto located at 3801 Erika Road reported a 1994 Dodge 4x4 Truck was stolen. The truck was valued at $6500, and there were no suspects at the time of the police report.
