California, MO Man Arrested After Moniteau County Accident

A 22-year-old man from California, Missouri was arrested following an accident around 11:30 a.m. on September 13 in Moniteau County. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Dalton Kirchoff was driving a Buick LaCrosse on Route O when the vehicle left the roadway, struck a tree and came to rest in a creek. Kirchoff was taken by ambulance to St. Mary's Hospital for the treatment of moderate injuries. He was arrested on charges of DWI and careless and imprudent driving.
