Lee’s Summit Man Injured in Benton County Crash Thursday Night

A Lee's Summit man was injured in a one-vehicle crash that occurred in Benton County on Thursday night.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 49-year-old Bruce L. Enrietto was the driver of a northbound 2008 Ford on US 65, a half mile south of Route CC, at 9:49 p.m., when the vehicle traveled off the roadway, struck a ditch and a fence before coming to rest.

Enrietto, who was wearing a safety device, was taken to Bothwell Regional Health Center by Warsaw-Lincoln Ambulance with minor injuries.

The Ford had moderate damage and was towed by Precision Automotive.

Enrietto was later arrested at 10:21 p.m. May 31 and charged with Driving While Intoxicated (Prior Offender) and Failure to Maintain His Vehicle in a Single Lane.
