A Marshall man was injured in a one-vehicle accident that occurred early Saturday morning in Saline County.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 22-year-old Corbin M. Robinson of Marshall, was the driver of a westbound 1992 Chevy truck, which was on Highway 240, near Silver Avenue around 1:15 a.m., when the truck traveled off the right side of the roadway.

The driver overcorrected and the Chevy overturned.

Robinson suffered serious injuries and was transported by Saline County EMS to University of Missouri Hospital in Columbia.

The Chevy was totaled and towed from the scene.

Saline County Deputies assisted the Patrol.

Robinson was later arrested by the Patrol. He now faces a charge of driving while intoxicated.
