High School Weekend Football Update

Smith-Cotton (0-3) hosts Hickman 7 p.m. Friday, Sept. 20 at Tiger Stadium.  Smith-Cotton was in Warrensburg at UCM last Friday night for the Silver Tiger Trophy game against the maroon and white. Unfortunately it turned into a 48-0 loss for S-C at Walton Stadium.

The Kewpies lost to the Jefferson City Jays last Friday night 23-8, their seventh straight defeat to the Jays.

Other area highs school games for this evening include:

Lincoln at Windsor

These are the last two undefeated Kaysinger Conference football teams . Should be a great game.

Cole Camp at El Dorado Springs

The 2-1 Bluebirds are on the road Friday after a 21-8 last week over Warsaw.

Knob Noster at Tipton

Tipton is at home for their first home game against Knob Noster. Tipton is winless against Knob Noster in its last three games against the Panthers.

Northwest with Sacred Heart at Appleton City

It was the first win of the season last week as the Mustangs beat Chilhowee. This week they're on the road against undefeated Appleton City.
