Pettis County Sheriff’s Department Crime Reports for September 26, 2016

On Sunday (Sept 25), Pettis County Sheriff's deputies responded to M2 Self Storage and U-Haul Rentals in the 300 block of Pine Street, in LaMonte, for a report of vandalism. No other details were listed in that report, but the investigation continues.

On Sunday (Sept 25), deputies were assisted by Sedalia Police officers, for the arrests of Landria Ann Curry, of Otterville, and Jason Brown, of Green Ridge, for possession of a controlled substance and possession of methamphetamine.

Last Wednesday afternoon (Sept 21), a student at Smith-Cotton High School reported to the SRO that window glass had been broken out of his vehicle, during a disturbance in the student parking lot. A suspect has been identified and charges of 2nd Degree Property Damage are being sought from the Pettis County Prosecutor's Office. The name of the suspect was not released.
