Sedalia Man Arrested for DWI, Assault Following Accident

A Sedalia man was arrested on DWI and assault charges following a motor vehicle accident in the area of E. 3rd St. and S. Lamine Ave. on September 5.

Officers with the Sedalia Police Department, as well as members of the Sedalia Fire Department and Pettis County Ambulance District, responded to an accident with injuries shortly after midnight. Police say an investigation revealed that  23-year-old Keelan Marcell Miller had been operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Miller was arrested and taken to the Pettis County Jail, where he was placed on a 24-hour hold, pending state charges.
