Sedalia Man Arrested For DWI, Leaving the Scene of an Accident

A 22-year-old Sedalia man was taken into custody after an accident at West Broadway Blvd. and South Grand Ave just before 11 p.m. on December 16. 

According to a police report, a driver reported to officers that his vehicle was rear-ended, and that the other driver ran from the accident.

Police say that Jason J. Harvey was later located and arrested for driving while intoxicated, driving without a valid operator's license, leaving the scene of an accident, and second degree assault.
