A woman was recently arrested in connection to a fire that occurred at a thrift store in Marshall, MO.

The Marshall, MO Police Department says that on the evening of May 23, a report of smoke was seen coming from the Light House Thrift Store, located on the corner of Benton Ave and Arrow St. in Marshall.

Security surveillance revealed a person of interest and on May 25, Tammy Jo Leonhardt was arrested in connection to the fire.

Leonhardt was charged with 2nd Degree Burglary and 2nd Degree Arson. She was taken to the Saline County Justice Facility, with a $7,500.00 bond.

No injuries were reported in the fire.
