Zula May Marlin age 82 formerly of Sedalia, Missouri died on April 29, 2013 at the Country Club Care Center, Warrensburg, Mo.

Lula Anna Margaret Case, of Cole Camp, died Saturday, April 27, 2013, at Good Samaritan Care Center, Cole Camp.  She had reached the age of 99 years, 8 months, and 19 days.

Alvin A. “Smitty” Smith, Jr., 82, of Sedalia, passed away Thursday, April 25, 2013 at Bothwell Regional Health Center.

Peggy Benton, 84, of Sedalia, passed away, Thursday, April 24, 2013 at  Fairview Nursing Home.  She was born on February 18, 1929, in Sedalia, a  daughter of John and Pearl (Gregory) Preisendorf.

Leland H. Schnakenberg, 78, of Cole Camp, died Wednesday, April 24, 2013, at Good Samaritan Care Center, Cole Camp.  He was born on August 30, 1934, on the Schnakenberg family farm north of Cole Camp, a son of Edwin Herman and Leona (Schumacher) Schnakenberg...

Micheal Ray Norton, 40, of Sedalia, passed away, Monday, April 22, 2013.  He was born on May 17, 1972, in Kansas City, MO, a son of Lewell and Josephine (Todd) Norton.

Mildred I. Mangels, 91, of Sedalia, passed away April 19, 2013 at Bothwell Regional Health Center. She was born November 20, 1921, the daughter of Lester and Alice (Lee) Larimer. Mildred was born on the family farm in Wilmore, KS.

Jeanette Carol Moellman, 71, of Cole Camp, died Friday, April 19, 2013, at Sylvia G. Thompson Residence Center, Sedalia.  She was born on February 20, 1942, at Fort Scott, Kansas, a daughter of George Cyrus and LaVerne Elizabeth (Pearson) White.

Homer “Mutt” Embree, 88, of Sedalia, died on Thursday, April 18, 2013 at Bothwell Regional Health Center. He was born May 1, 1924, the son of Perry and Beulah (Bullard) Embree. Mutt and Helen Sue Bobbitt were married on March 22, 1947 and celebrated 65 wonderful years together.

Donald Wayne Donohew, 77, of Sedalia, passed away Tuesday, April 16, 2013, at University Hospital, Columbia. He was born on October 29, 1935, in Slater, MO, a son of Edward B. and Addie (Jacobi) Donohew. On May 26, 1961, in Gilliam, MO, he was united in marriage to Peggy Bossaller, who survives of the home.
